What do i do with it it says to polish it but how can i do that the same thing with the lost umbrella
From a gun to a blade its nothing new to me.

You can't polish a lost umbrella. It's an item for a gun. To polish a Ruststone you go in the weapon craft and polish it. If you're lucky you'll get a Rusted Weapon.
