i am currently trying to get the amulet of disintegration but it says the container it is in is frozen shut...ive tried frying it with fire spells and that doesnt work and there is some kind of ritual torch but it wont let me pick it up...it says that it can be held by any but be owned by none or something of this affect and there is another chamberin the same place that needs a key that i have no clue of the whereabouts....please help what do i do?

you have to grab (you can't take it) the torch behind the container and light the two other pedestals?<-don't know if correct word) and then the room will warm and you can open the container. also you can go to gamefaqs.com for walkthroughs.
