While not a cheat, once you save Pachless town and cross on the fallen rock, you can level very quickly. To the SE of the rock bridge is the Mech Base. As it runs around in a circle, robots spawn it its trail. With a High level guardian, and using the field spell, you can follow it around and nab 10-30 SP at a shot. The key to this is having the cash saved for the mega 100mp heal items. Its a pretty cheap investment for the ability to jump from 1 to 36 in less than an hour. If you run out of money, its fairly easy to get 5 or 6 robots in combat range, and that pays over 1000G, and 3SP for each robot.
