The Crysis Single Player Demo has been released however only to EA Store customers who have pre-ordered the game through them. The public release is tomorrow (Saturday) at around noon GMT I believe

Oh yeah sorry I was just giving the official statement by EA, no company is legally allowed to release the demo until Saturday afternoon
