The trainer is not working, pressing the appropriate keys does nothing, any suggestions?

The trainer worked on my MSI laptop, but refuses to work on my MSI desktop. Both run Windows 10, yet my desktop auto deletes it even after I've turned off the anti-virus, run as administrator and alt tabbing, but it refuses to work. Is there anything that can remedy this? I just want to run thru the campaign modes faster.
Obviously some component of your AV is still active or it wouldn't be auto-deleting itself. Try completely uninstalling it plus completely disabling all functions of Windows Defender.
