i heard that if you put a pokemon gba game in your ds while you are playing pearl you can find certain pokemon from the gba game in pearl.....is this true 🤔

no its not, you can migrate pokemon from your other gba games, but only after you beat the elite 4 and have the national dex, and after you beat the elite 4 and get a national dex you can catch wild pokemon from other regions in hoenn
