can someone teach me hw to make my own pokemon cdes or how to get pokesave

can some one help me out on gettin the lengendary one besides( PLAKIA,ROTOM,HEATRAN,CRESELIA and the three little ones known as azelf, misfit and ... i forgot the other one. im new to dis so help me out please.
