Ok I am playing the Americas part, I am the Apachean Tribe. But I cannot create Units I have tried just about every possible combo. Here's how I think it should work but it doesn't.

    create_unit "Home" Apachean Braves 5 9 1 1

I renamed my captial city Home, but I have tried it on other city names and none of them work either. What am I doing wrong please if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

    try this: create_unit Home "name of unit" 4 9 3 3
It what you were doing but the brackets are only around the unit name. Any problems i had with this command were because i didn't get the unit name correctly. Sometimes the programer name was different from the one you see in game. i.e. Medieval 2 "Dismounted Archers" or something like that were just Britain longbowmen but name was different.

You need the quotation marks only if the city name is two words or more. If it is just a single word no quotation marks needed.

neither... no quotatin marks whatsoever... if the unit or town\city name has 2 or more words in it use underscore inbetween.... like agua_caliente or whatnot
Its nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

Hey guys, this works for me..

    create_unit Home "Apachean Brave" 2 9 3 3

    and this...

    create_unit "Apache Camp" "Apachean Brave" 2 9 3 3

If the settlement name or the unit name is more than one word they must be inside quotation marks.

I tried create_unit "Apache Camp" "Indian Heavy" 2933 But it wouldn't work.
