On six island, but a rocket scientist will immediately steal it when you find it.

You will have to go back to 4 island and search the rocket's headquarters for the scientist

in island 6 there is a door called the dotted door use cut on it,and it will open get through those holes and you'll reach the sapphire,then guy will steal it and he'll tell you the other password for the rocket warehouse in island 5 got there and reach him then battle him,and he'll give it to you
