it took me two days to do just the health option but i completed a trainer for this game's demo. pwiz will post shortly. please follow the instructions in the readme to properly use the trainer!

Now that the game is released I would like to list one of the most needed cheats and that is a noclip cheat.There was a cheat patch called Powermad that gave this and many other neat cheats on the original painkiller and BOH game.

trainer posted. i had to work alot just to get these options. i don't expect to see much more trainers and options for this game. you CAN use our trainer for the trauma mode.
