My AR code manager does not work on my computer it did work but now it won't. That sucks! It used to work so how come it will not any more?

Can somebody make a Shiny Pikachu w/Surf,Fly,Zap Cannon, and also Judment or Volt Tackle whichever can you make it small since my code manager is down. OK? Please.

P.S. Could you make it level 1 or 5 Please!
