Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Numpad 1- Unlimited Manpower
Numpad 2- Unlimited Munitions
Numpad 3- Unlimited Fuel
Numpad 4- Unlimited Command Points
Numpad 5- Unlimited Troops
Numpad 6- Instant Troops/ Upgrades
Numpad 7- Instant Buildings
Numpad 8- Instant Special Abilities

Hi, I'm not quite sure about No.5. What does "Unlimited Troops" do? WHat's the effect?? Anyone knows? Thanks!!

The default is somewhere around 150 pop limit. Unlimited troops means you can create has many has units you want. Unlimited troops also can lead to system instability.

I have been using this trainer but it seems to be working for the enemy too. Any one else getting this problem?
