i cant get the iwhbyd skull to appear!

Do the rings in the right order.

does anyone have any more info on the cowbell skull, i can't get it, i got up there, and let me tell you it wasn't easy, i tried loads of things, but i finally melee'd one of those weapon holder thingies and dropped a grav lift under it, stood on top and jumped to the skull, i picked it up, and no reward thing appears, i try dropping it and picking i tup a few times, still it doesn't want to know, i thought that i must have missed it or something, so i complete the level, then when i check, it shows that i don't have it, it showed i had all the other skulls i aquired, even the famine skull (aquired on the same level) but not cowbell, dos anyone know what the problem might be?

EDIT: don't worry, for some reason i got the skull but not the award, strange, any ideas anyone?

just the 1 account, and no i didn't already have it, I couldn't quite be bthered to do the ark again, but i am quite proud of myself for thinking of whacking that weapon thingy down there, if anyone needs help on cowbell just do that, and either make sure you have at least 1 grenade or push one of the exploding thingies because when going up that small slop just before the door, you can't melee it up, you have to blow it up there...

oh, and i have all 13 skulls even that bloody tilt skull, i went through the whole of cortana with my stepbro, i guess it was more fun on co-op, i was in charge of the flamethrower i kick flood butt with a flamethrower, the trick is only to use as much ammo as you need...

I heard that there was a secret skull hidden in the Floodgate lvl. Is it true? I`m to lazy to go find out. My friend told me that it is near the drop pods the Elite come in about half way through the lvl. He also told me that it lets him constantly jump up!!

Can you be on any difficulty in order to get the skulls
