Hey i am so mad i cant get past medicine run and every time i get their my cases close any help?

Ok so your saying you can't make it in time???? that's pretty hard to believe. Well if you keep having trouble go to the food court and get a wine or three. then go to Columbian Roastmasters and grab orange juices. Then you will have about three or more Quick-Steps. So keep drinking them if you want to make it on time or get good weapons. Did you kill cletus in the game??? In every FAQ it will say that you NEED to kill Cletus in the Beginning of the game.
If you did Kill Cletus then go to his shop and pick up every weapon as possible and then head out. I'm guessing that you don't have the MegaBuster, right????? Well if you have some spare time start a new game and run into the park. You will find a path lead to a harley davidson and a sports car. Get inside the sports car and go down into the parking garage.
Run over as many zombies as possible but be careful if your car runs down. Once you get down there take a left and then another left until you go to the butchers place. There will be about 150 zombies in that one area, run over all of them until your car runs down.Then get inside one of the trucks, those should last a while, then keep doing it until you get the achievement.
