you have to go to all the ? boxs and wear the lucky collar and at the last one you should get it if you do not try again it toke me 8 walks to find it this might help you you should put on the lucky collar and the clover clock

i dont need that there is an easier way. if there is someone with dalmation and friends even if they do not have a dalmation you just ask for the firemans hat that they got at the beginning of the game i did this and got the dalmation
