I never see the point in protections, it gets cracked within days or even weeks of release.

I suggest the devs just focus the protection money on improving the games.

In my honest opinion, the reason why people download games just to get the games is because most of the time, the games get released in different countries first.

For Example, Knights of the Old Republic 2, the US version was released about 3-4 months before the EU version (which was identical by the way).

I honestly don't see the point in waiting for different releases unless there are major bugs.

Also, the crackers tend to crack things that are claimed uncrackable, so i suggest they just stop protecting their products and they will likely get more sales.

Cause if i knew that this game had online activation, i wouldn't have bothered getting it.

Cause once you activate it, you can't install it again...which is not fair at all.

I think, if you buy it, you should be able to do whatever you want with it. (law permitting)

JamieK, I think this "tages" is a little bit harder to crack, especially with the online activation. Take Theatre of war, that came out months ago but as of yet, no crack.

Cause once you activate it, you can't install it again...which is not fair at all." is quite right, for what happens say if your hardrive fails and you lose everything you installed, are you saying that you cannot install this game on a new hardrive ?, for if thats the case, UBI are breaking the law.
I admit I download some games, only to see if I like them, if I dont I dont buy it and if I do I do buy it. I have a small problem with some games, some make me "motion sick" and I cannot see the point in spending £40 on something that I am only able to play for ten minutes before I am sick.

That is BS. Pure and utter BS. So if you buy a new machine you wouldn't be able to install the game again? Yeah, right.

And the EU version of KOTOR 2 was not identical to the US version. Maybe the UK version was, for the simple reason that there was no EU version, but localized versions in English, French, German, etc. All the text and the sound had to be translated and dubbed first. That takes a while.

The trainer is looks good, but not working well for me. first of all, when I use the resource cheat the products at my storehouse went negative I think because producting more stuffs then materials have in the storage so this is screw up things. the population cheat set my pop. to 1000 and my settlers start to be sick, but if I turn it back to 0, so there is no settlers to build houses. the gold cheat is ok when I want to build something what requires gold, but to trade with another nations is impossible. I was hack the game with myself with CoSMOS and its ok, but sometimes take a lot of time to find smaller values. I hope this trainer is just a beta version and the better one is coming out soon. anyway thanks for it.

all of these things are addressed to some degree in the readme and in this thread but i guess it's just too confusing. i will fix the trading problem and then i will post a separate thread going into detail the ins and outs of this trainer. it works as advertised (except for the trade which i will fix) but you have to understand what the game is doing. these options are VERY powerful if you look at it and use them and understand what is going. i hate that the game has two addresses for each item, one for display and one that is real. at any rate, i make a separate thread when i get some time and fix the trainer trade function.

I honestly use artmoney for Settlers and it works with the money quite fine, pity it changes locations each time the game is loaded, cause each time you have to search for the gold, wood and stone.

It can get tedious.

But can be worth it sometimes.

For example, if you had unlimited Stone, you will be able to afford building a pure stone walls and gate to defend your main settlement (where your storehouse and cathedral is located) and you wouldn't need to worry about it until the later levels. hehehhe

But i have noticed it crashing alot, not sure if its my rig's current condition, or if its the game or if its the memory editing.

I honestly thank the trainer maker for spending his time making the trainer, but it honestly doesn't help the user much, if at all.

Maybe a trainer with more features will become available.

Damn i want this trainer.. Cant u like to monthly payments instead of years that, it will cost less and i would glady pay for one month and maybe continue but not a whole year for that amount of money. I think many others would also.

$14.95 is not a lot for an entire year. If we offered $1.25 per month and everyone signed up for one month, downloaded all of our stuff up to that point and then never renewed, we earned a whole $1.25. It costs hundreds of dollars for each trainer to be produced along with thousands of dollars to host the site each month. $1.25 is not going to go very far towards those expenses. Sorry.
