Do any of the current trainers work for the "Kingdoms MOD" of Medieval 2?

Are you referring to the Kingdoms "expansion pack"? If so, then yes, there is a trainer for it --> Link
If someone made a Kingdoms "MOD" then not sure you would need a trainer just for that. The one for Medieval 2 would probably work with it.
