well im tring to get a milotic and i was feeding my feebas pofins and the little meter that says sheen is full and he wont eat anymore, i really suck at making poffins so it has taken a lot, is there a way to get it back down or do i have to catch another one?

I thought you had to max out its beauty to evolve it, not its sheen.

the sheen represents the maximum amount of poffins that specific pokemon will eat, specifically the smoothness. The rougher the pokeblock is, the less your pokemon can eat. Sadly, if the sheen is maxed out and your feebas still hasnt evolved, you'll have to get another one. (you need to max out the beauty stat to make feebas evolve)
