Honestly, I would've. But with me on a strict rule regulation with the CHU Staff itself, I must keep a zero-tolerance rule in place.
Even WITH the zero-tolerance in place, you had violated the rules. And even though you violated the rules, I even tried to get you to stop before it got worse. I warned everyone who was flaming other users throughout the 10-15 pages or so that what they were doing, even though they didn't realize it, was a violation of the rules. Due to the fact that there were 4 of you (whose names I will not specify), I didn't want you all to be removed, so I tried being lenient, and giving you a warning. When they took it, you didn't. Rather, you came and asked me what my big deal was, and whether or not I had known what the word "banter" meant. Already that has been the 3rd violation you've had within 3 seasons.
And I had even warned you before the season started. I had specifically sent you a private message saying that because you hadn't read the Rules/Information topic carefully last season that you should read it again, and make sure you fully understand what I was trying to tell you. Last year it was vote rallying. This year it's flaming and harsh language towards not only 2 participants, but to me as well.
Now I see you've learned a lesson, but again, rules are rules. As much as I dislike it, I'm going to have to remove you for season 4. Though I had considered placing you on the blacklist (unlike a ban, the blacklist is only being banned from the CHUUL, not CHU itself), I will allow you to rejoin in season 5 since you realize that you did violate the rules. This time, make sure you read the rules very carefully.
And when you do return, I will start you off in Division IV. As it has been proven this season, the top 5 users of Division VI were started off WAY too low, especially since Whit3Ghost had originally been promoted from Division V to IV, but was relegated instead.
Again, sorry to bring the bad news. But again, you were warned more than enough times.
