anyone know how gts is blocking trades?

thanks guys.GTS was programmed with the minimium level for all legendaries and was made so that you couldn't trade those pokemon below that level.

you can trade hacked legendaries as long as they are at least at their lowest obtainable level
so you can trade hacked lvl 100s -
