First i have tea with him then i bow him,then i paly water ballxxxx to him after that he tells me the legand of the dragon

You have to come to him and drink tea with him.
Then you have to learn the bow gesture.
Then you'll exercise the Tai-Chi(i think) and when you've learned enough he will tell you the dragon story and then he'll disappear.

Well there is one cheats which makes no need.
1]press Ctrl + Shift + c.
2]type boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true.
3]hold Shift and click on the mail box.
4]Many option will come.
5]Choose the house... option.
6]There should be something like make all happy.
7]Click it.
8]I hope you can do this.I have written it in simple English.If you want to know more like how to make ninja,witch doctor and how to control them.How to control people with pleasure aspiration in Sims 2 Bon voyage.Kill your Sims with shock,fire,flies,dead token etc.Make you know everyone.Make all your friend.Get the vooodoo doll easily. .Get an alien baby. .And many many more cool cheats.Send me a comment what is your problem or what you want.If you like my cheat make me your friend.I just want to know the people who like my cheat.

I meant to say that what you have posted doesn't have ANY relationship to Old Man's Challenge.
