Can't get Black Trainer Card ;_;

I've one a Master Competition (all of them infact) completed the National 'Dex, Defeated the Elite Four (3 times even), have a Platinum Flag and have a 200 Single Battle Win Streak.
But WHY is my Card at 4 Stars, Gold? -
