u can get from some of the quest rewards it is random though u can also get SOMETIMES by mining at the Pokee farms

if you are talking about the ones with the diamond icon you can buy them from the guy who manages the farm with farm upgrade points... if you are talking about the ones to upgrade your armour you can also buy those from the same guy

hee hee and another thing i like the decorations catagory that helps so much for pretty much everything attack , defence , cold res. , hot res , everything. Man i love this game
