need help on defuser.ini cheat

    i went to the defuser.ini file opened it with notepad and after putting in the codes it will not let me save what i changed.i have windows vista. any help would be appriciated

    I think I can help....
    make a copy of the file to your desktop so the file is easy to get to and then after ya change it, When the box appears that says that it can't save then you have to go to the file type and change it to all files and then at the top where the file name is just add .INI to end of the file and it will save now, this will probly work in the game folder but it is always good to make a backup of the file , After I did this now I can save the file everytime without haveing to do anything other than click on save,

    im having the same problem, i followed the instructions you gave him and that still doesnt work...... any other ideas?

    right click on ini file, click properties, check to see if "read only" box is ticked, if it is untick it, click apply/ok then try saving the file again, it should let you now.
