just go south of rustbro city you will see the entrance to the forest but dont go there instead go north of the entrance u will find a building go inside there will be either three or 2 girls talk to all of them one of em will give u wailmer pail then get out of threre fly to rustbro and then come back to this building the flower shop will be selling flowers!!I HOPE IT HELPS!
