i saw in a video games page, here from mex, that the ??? plate was in da underground but was very hard to get it, also the others plates, the most of them are in the underground

I found a site that said the ??? plate was in the gaming code for the game but was unaccessible. I think the site was serebii.net which is a pretty reliable site.
EDIT: I've also been in the underground for many many hours, have found three or more of each type of plate, and still haven't found a ??? plate so I doubt there is one.

there could be one because there is a ??? form for arceus. you can see it i think on smogon or bulbapedia.

i have saw its going to be in an event, because there already are some non hacked arceus, they are japanese
