my team is pretty bad in my eyes but i need help on how to improve it. i also need to know how to evolve my eevee into a espeon.
here is my team:

1.lvl46-dragonair
2.lvl55-snorlax
3.lvl54-suicune
4.lvl61-feraligatr
5.lvl60-lugia
6.lvl36-jiggly puff

please rate and help improve like good places to train and stuff!

It is not so bad. Jiggly puff is a little bit weird but you can train it more if you like so much (if i were you i wouldn't have picked it up. Anyway...).
About Eevee. First make sure it is happy (give her haircuts, buy her items etc).If it isn't happy it will never evolve. If you want to evolve into espeon make sure it is day otherwise (if it is night) it evolves into umbreon.

try and catch an entei or a raikou. they are out there >_>

Both of them are good but hard to catch them. I suggest a fighting or fire pokemon.

That's true.You can't get a Machamp unless you trade it (i think). Catch the tyrogue Link.It evolves into Hitnolee (if attack >defense), Hitmonchan( if defense >attack), Hitmontop (if attack=defense). I suggest to evolve it into Hitnomleee or Hitmonchan. If you want a fire type pokemon catch a Magmar or Growlithe.
