Alright, I made a trainer for myself really, but I'll release it if it works for someone other than me. Someone send me a PM and I'll throw it over.

-Lock Cash -Lock XP
The cash one works nicely for me - Only blocks decreasing values. You still get cash for winning tourneys and side-games.
XP is simple as well. You just have to get enough to get the higher levels, which doesn't take a LONG time. Once again, it only locks decreasing values.
