What you have to do is just survive to the end of the river not kill him you must dodge all of the ghost as they drain your health.once you reach the end you see a stationary skeletion reaching out once you reach that spot you'll die but your not really dead you must use the revival pill and thats all you need to do

once you walk past all of the bosses and see the sorrows body go to it and youll die. hold L1 and use revival pill.

The Sorrow doesn't drop a camo but you get his camo from when you meet up with EVA behind the waterfall. I t will be in your camo. You just keep on walking until the end where he kills you but you could use your survival pill to turn back alive.

The sorrow is already dead. how u beat him is dodge his attacks and evade the ghosts. then when he floats over his skeleton u will die. when that happens use the revival pill and continue

it says in the book to just keep swimming upstream
