wen im playing de game en y switch to alt+tab to get the trainer in runing en a pres again alt+tab dat works al fine but if y push the hot keys the computer turns it self of to reset the hole dam system pleas help my

Disable it. And if you own Vista, try to run under WinXP compatibility and log in as Admin.
