Got problem too...i found adress for reinforcement point, but everytime i change or freeze it, the game resets it back....any idea how to fix this?? Using CoSMOS....pls help

I can freeze the Reinforcement points with CoSMOS, but it has to be done manually each game.
does anyone have a working CoSMOS file which can be loaded, so it only needs to be done once ?
if yes, plz upload somewhere and share the link
