hi, i also have the german bioshock v1.1 and i can run the trainer and i hear the activation sounds, but even with immortal i get hurt and i also haven't got unlimited EVE, please make the trainer in the future work for the german version

Well, it works for me. I had to restart this cheat once and then re-entered that place where you buy powerups. Try few times and it should work.

I'm getting crashes from the alt+tab, they seem to happen randomly but usually if I'm alt-tabbed out for a couple of minutes. That and when I go to click on the trainer it moves my mouse to the upper left of my screen thus moving the icon. I'm guessing there is no way to get the trainer able to run before the game?
