ok what you need to do is have your create a hero in a main army and then move it to the territory you want to capture. if you need more help then just ask me

ive put him in an army with the witch king but when i go to stats is says that my created guy hasent taken over any wotr territories

hmmmm.. i guess that you have to actually have to conquer the territory or wait for the round /game to end.although this never happened to me. it might just be that either it's already owned by you or your allie.hope this helps
