this is completely off the top of my head here, so forgive me if I'm wrong. After purchasing any loading screen, go into your locker room, and look for your coffee table on the coffee table there should be a book that lets you change what loading screens you have active. If its not the book, then its probably the TV that stands in front of the coffee table.
