I've been on numorous cheat sites that say to unlock the Nissan 240SX you just beat all three cheackpoint challenge series challenges. But I've beet them on four aliases now and I've never unlocked it. Can someone tell me how!?!

Those numerous cheat sites must have been referring to Need For Speed Carbon: COLLECTOR'S EDITION. You can't unlock the 240 in the normal Carbon version, which, by the sound of it, is what you have.
