when I Run the trainer , Windows say can access!! help!! plz

I played C&C3 before !!! I also used the trainer before!!!
I think am being hacked!! I like to use that trainer!!!
If i use Winzip after i extract the trainer AVG will say got virus!!!
What is happening to my PC?
Help PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disable AVG to use the trainer. AVG has been throwing out a lot of false positives here lately on trainers. I would recommend getting a different antivirus program and dumping AVG.

All trainers here are checked by the admins to be free of viruses and other spyware/adware.

You'll have to turn off your antivirus product while using the trainer, as because of the way some trainers work, like looking for a certain keypress, or intercepting the keypresses, they look like a virus to most AV software.
