Ya and another tip go to www.youtube.com and type in wifi max and it should give you a tutorial on how to work it. personally i think its a little complicated on how to set it up on the internet so you might want to get a computer wizz who knows what they are doing.

can you connect the psp to the computer and go online without wifi max? and just go online with someone in your country

No. You can use ad hoc mode for close friends to go online up to 4 players. But world wide you'll need the Wi-FI

soooo......you can get a wifi max at wal-mart??? if so where are they in the store exactly? and how much do they cost? 🤔
