There is no virus in this file. AVG and a couple other scanners are notorious for setting off heuristic (generic) trojan warnings when it comes to trainers. It's even done this on some of the trainers we've personally created. Trainers, just by their very nature may set off heuristic scanners. This is not unusual. Remember, a trainer is scanning and writing to the memory of another program while also looking for keys to be pressed from within that game so the cheats can be activated. This is very similar to what a real virus or keylogger might do.

We scan everything we post with multiple virus scanners and do not post anything that comes back as a "real" virus or spyware.

...with 18 different scanners. If the file was truly infected it would have set off every single one of them, not just the couple of heuristic scanners.

At the end of the day, download and use files at your own risk. But we do go out of our way to scan and protect our members against truly malicious files.

Norton is notoriously unreliable, yet unbelievably popular. If I were you I would get McAfee, AVG or avast! instead of Norton.

I got CA and Kaspersky... those are actually one of the 2 best rated ones... Kaspersky is 100% free, and downloadable off the internet and CA came with my USB key (kinda an odd way to get an anti-virus lol)
