dude, dont use cheats cuz then u can't get acheivements. aand to get an invincable car, call a taxi thru ur cell, stand on top, short toss a pipe bomb (left shoulder trigger) and press Y. if you did it right, it should show you and the driver opening the doors and getting out. then the car explodes. that is a good thing, bcuz now you can drive it, and so far, i havent found nething cept flippin it upside down the can blow it up. also if you repair it it will be a normal taxi, so leave it how it is.
