look ive read the reviws and cant get in to the power plant ive surfed in the gym and cannot find the part plz help

it is in there, if you use the Item Finder it tells you, but heres specific instructions: Walk in the gym door walk up the path to where it splits and goes two ways Surf on the four squares of water between the two paths Press 'A' facing one square of water Repeat on all four squares until you find it.
