Downloading any 1.45 No cd crack gives you the IGE files. Apparently, these files are required for the 1.66A No cd to work.

Hey, it took me quite a few tries to figure it out. Stupid Hatred. They could've at least included better instructions.

Tested and confirmed.
With the 1.45 no cd crack IGE files the 1.66 crack works fine. (So far, tested 4-5 vehicle transports plus a race and a model.)
So therefore, the trainer also works OK now.

To heck with hatred anyway, they can't release a crack without the required files

Will the trainer work with the cd version of the game,you no the one that some poeple went to there local game store to get.

Will I have to have the 1.66a no cd fix to make the trainer work?And if so what website can I download the 1.66a no cd fix?

You most likely will have to use the no-cd fix for the trainer to work as the copy protection interferes with the trainer's ability to write to memory.

PWizard...did you made that Trainer? I have one question: Are the Values for Driving Meter at the same adress!? I mean the Driving Meter for Hitchhiker, Top Model and Vehicle Transport.
Im trying to make a Trainer too, but i just found out where the Adress for Police Stars and Winning Money are, but i dont get the Driving Meter

I went to the website,now I have the no cd thing working.When I try to go online it says I have to update the game to play online .And when I try to update the game,it says my game is already updated .Can anyone please help me I have no clue as to why I can not play online.
