^ that is bull, the rumor is that you can go to the moon to get Jirachi but that is just a lie. If you're going to repeat rumors then at least get it right. The real way to catch Deoxys is to go to a Nintendo Event where you will get a ticket to visit the island it is hiding on.

yeah u can get it like potato_chips said but u can get a gameshark and get the tickets in emerald and go cath deoxis at level 30 or use the gameshark just to cath it wildly but if u use that he may not obey u

what do u need help w/? if u need the passwords, i 4got how u get the 1st one, but u get the 2nd one by going to the island w/ Dotted Hole, use cut on the door, go down the holes, get the sapphire, the scientist steals it, i think he gives u the password then, then go to the warehouse and i think u can go in now. sry if i got stuff wrong or wasnt detailed enuf, but my memory's kinda bad
