well there is a simple solution, a very good kinda trick,
you dont need to choose any best team , 1st you creat your own club ( main menu -> creat club) then choose the best players in the game ( select overall and then select Descending) it will show you the highest overall players like Rooney , ronaldhno , henry , totti , glardhno , etc etc , soo make the team of MAX 16 players , and thats it , then choose your club in Manager mode , and Voila u have the super team of the game , still money no problem bcs u have every best players , soo just win matches very easy in semi-pro difficulty .. so enjoy .
