1:get fossil 2:go to devon co. and talk to a man in a white jacket on the 2nd floor(i think?) 3:go outside for 1or 2 minutes then go back inside to pick up your lillep (P.S. lillep starts out at level 20 and will know astonish,constrict, and acid and you can't teach it any moves at all I'M SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!also he will evolve at level 40 so keep your exp. share and dont sell it like I did!!!!!!!!)
