i sometime see users that their rank is inactive, what does that mean?

they probably did something to upset the moderators so they pretty much banned them.

did they permanent ban them? or just temporary?

The temporarty ban is something new-- happened to 4 users. Everyone else you see is gone forever.

which ones gone forever? the inactive ones, or just the other ranked member?

everyone that you see who is inactive is gone forever.

ya, zackman threatens me in the which seasons do u like he's like, forty-two made a joke, and to worsent it, he said it was also a joke that forty-two will ban us, but luckily, forty-two changes our post.

There are tow types of ban, an IP ban which means your IP adress is banned so you can never re join the site unless you change your IP adress, and there is an account ban, where an account is banned, but the member is able to come back under a different name.

People get banned for a range of things like bypassing sensors (although this isnt the worst) spamming and being inconsiderate, people are IP banned if they ciontinually get banned on different account or are seriousley out of line in the TOS (terms of service) rules.
