to get rayquaza you have to first of all beat the game 2nd do this wondermail mission:

then teach it to a pokemon or just take it into sky tower go to the final floor. bring 1 size 2 pokemon or 2 1 size pokemon. have a friend bow equiped to your leader very high level and if you need a firend bow here you go:

Requirement for getting Legenary 1. Leading pokemon's level.( I think above Level 45 if you are catching Rayquaza) 2. Rank (Higher the rank, more possiblitys to get Legenary 3. Body size (Don't you dare to bring big pokemons!) 4. Friend Ribbon (This is optional but their are more possiblities if your leader wear it 5. Luck (ha ha) Good Luck!
