Anyway....
Pattiboi, I'm sure you have entered the asylum ground and the building, right? If so, when I beat that mission (a long time ago....hope I can remember it.), I crouched through the whole mission, but only when I got inside the asylum building itself. Crouching is quiet, and you can still run while crouched. Also, crouching can get you away from the asylum guards that are standing in windows.
Oh yeah, there's an asylum uniform you can get in the laundry room that will make you look like an asylum guard, so they won't come after you. The uniform should be marked on your map....although it might take you a few tries to get the hang of getting past the asylum guards without getting caught.
If you've done this stuff, and nothing I said helped, tell me. I'll try to see if I can find some useful info for you and get back to you, cause my brother might remember the mission.
