Actually, there is no TM for draco meteor. You have to gain alot of your pokemons trust(A.K.A= make it friendly), and then you can teach it draco meteor. \^_^/

okay so can you keep going to that lady....even if she taught my Garchomp draco meteor can i take another pokemon there to learn it?

yes as many pokemon as u want can learn it (only dragons and charzard can learm it)

no i taugt my :salamenc garchomp dialga charzard and flygon it and i got to do it so u can learn it more than once
