    Go to Cerulean City Gym and find the missing Machine Part. It's in the small pool of water. Then go to Power Plant and give the machine part, the reward is the poke flute. Tune your radio to poke flute to wake Snorlax up.

    well, the power plant guy gives you Zap Cannon, but if you go to the Lavender Radio Tower the manager gives you the radio card.

    yep, right.After the Power Plant go to Lavender Radio Tower to get poke flute 😵
