No Problem. Keep in mind that in order to maintain your SeeD rank, you need to have killed a certain number of enemies (varies for each rank) between the payments. So don't be surprised if your rank goes down because you are not fighting enough. And don't worry, the number isn't anything crazy. But also keep in mind that the higher your rank, the closer the payments are, and thus the less time you have to do the killing.
